The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Arizona (TOSCA) maintains an excellent patient satisfaction Quality rating.
Our facility maintains this rating as a minimum standard by creating critical indicators to review related specifically to “customer” satisfaction. It is our intention as personnel assigned to the facility to provide the highest standards of care to our patients.
We understand that we have internal “customers” such as physicians and employees, as well as external “customers”, such as our patients and family members. Relationships with all of our “customers” is an important factor in achieving our success. We continuously strive to improve our performance through the identification and analysis of problems, development of improvement plans, and the evaluation and implementation of those plans.
